We get it—when you order something, you want it fast and done right. At MXMN USA, we don’t mess around. Here’s how shipping works:
Processing Times

In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days of your order.

We’re a small team, but we move fast—weekends and holidays don’t count as business days.
Shipping Within the USA
We ship anywhere in the United States using trusted carriers like USPS and UPS.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and service selected.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam or shoot us a note at nick@mxmnusa.com.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your item was marked as pre-order, check the product description for estimated delivery timelines. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping—but we’re working on it. For now, we’re proudly serving American soil only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control—but we’ve got your back. If something shows up damaged or gets lost in transit, let us know ASAP. We'll work with the carrier and do what we can to make it right.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. MXMN USA is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
